worship director my name is garrett, and i am the worship coordinator at east valley. during the week i’m a chemistry teacher at walnut high school, but on weekends i get to do what i love. my passion is for our church to experience revelation 7:9 worship, that “every nation, tribe, people and language” would experience true, uninhibited worship, both individually and corporately. this is not limited to singing and music, of course. i long to see our entire congregation passionate for God, living out our lives to the fullest potential that is only possible in Christ. i want to see God’s people honestly dealing with sin, engrossed in his word, and actively striving for social justice. my heart’s desire is that east valley will be a beacon of light in this community and a testimony to how God is changing the world through his people.ray.html
