deacon of care hello everyone! welcome to our website!  i am glad that you took the time to navigate through this website, and hope that you like what you see. I’ve attended this church for ~29 years after moving eastward away from LA. i have been to several churches in between while in college (go bruins! go oikos community church and university presbyterian church!) and at medical school in chicago (go parkwood community church and evangelical formosan church of chicago!). however, this has been my home church whenever i came back from school. i love it and hope you will find it suitable for your spiritual growth: Christ-centered, relevant preaching, outreach focused, and multigenerational. i am the deacon for care this year. my main job responsibilities are to make sure you are taken care of or recognized whether you’re a newcomer, a veteran of this church, a person going through financial, health, or family difficulties, transition in life i.e. marriages, new baby, housewarming etc. if you need to talk about anything, feel free to come up to me at church and talk and i can find out what resources we may be able to provide for your needs. if you want me to pray for you on the spot, just ask! i hope that you will join us at christian education (10 am) and our worship service (11:30 am) this week and every sunday! may God help you find a church to help you grow spiritually and to help you live a full christian life so that others may come to know Him through you. blessings all!tom.html
